“Use it! Or Lose it” and “Running water never grows stale” are old proverbs. It’s obviously simple, but how do you manage effective exercise for your body, mind, and spirit? This question is significant when you want to achieve ultimate happiness. Would you like to experience an infinite power, a wonderful opportunity to be one with the universe?

Even if you don’t enroll in Acupuncture School, you can learn the concept of Qi and practice pressure therapy for your health with me. You will be guided by the divine order of the universe called TAO. As you focus on abdominal breathing, the energy cycle of life and death goes on as a rebirthing process. You will be able to rediscover and recharge yourself with an unlimited source.

There are two cleansing and harmonious Qigong exercises that I will introduce to you.

# 1. Baduanjin (known as eight silk-like movements) works on major organs by extending each meridian.

#2.Tree Qigong is used to experience the tree life cycle (from germination to the time the seed drops back into the soil) Let’s experience the divine order of the universe by realizing and practicing the life cycle of the tree that occurs in our life cycle.

Feel energized with the beautiful views of Santa Monica beach. For Baduanjin, I will teach you how to stretch the extremities, spine, and meridians. For Tree Qigong stances you will learn gentle but transformational exercises with vigorous abdominal breathing.

Daoyin is a form of exercise to generate the qi energy and blood flow to vital organs. Daoyin stimulates the vital points and meridians in order to clean the stagnation of the various systems, vitalize the tissues and improve the circulation on a cellular level. Dr. Kaneko also incorporates a focus on building a strong faith in the body’s own healing process. For Daoyin, 15 movements that utilize the pressure points and abdominal breath will be taught.

Handouts will be supplied, and additional teaching material is available upon request. Yoga mat, or something to comfortably sit or lie on required. Students must pre-register for the series online or by phone.
